The Music Literature Of Mora

Band Bio
Mora was created at Thessaloniki in the beginning of 2020, in order to create a new musical genre called “Music Literature”. Their primary influence was from Horror and Fantasy authors such as H.P.Lovecraft, Edgar Allan Poe, Clark Ashton Smith, Arthur Machen, Lord Dunsany, August Derleth, Algernon Blackwood and more… During their music journey they have discovered their own paths of storytelling and music creation.

The dark poetry of their lyrics is draped with sounds from Dark wave, Gothic, post punk, industrial, electro-experimental and soundtrack aesthetics. The result is a song, a short story and a soundtrack at the same time! The strong musical identity of their work is unique. Their lyrics are at a high level, straddling between poetry and literature.

The band is consisted of three members:
George Tiakas (Lead Guitar – Vocals – Synthesizer) Mpakis Efraimidis (Bass) and Chris kiatas (Drums)
